Post-travel, post pie, post gravy detox?

Ugh. Is anyone else just feeling kind of Thanksgivinged out? Even those of you in Canada and the UK, who didn't officially even have Thanksgiving last week? Everything I consumed and did, I enjoyed, but I'm glad it's over now.

I feel like I need to chew through one green leaf.

My kids are back from the week with their dad's relatives in another state, and we're trying to get back to normal.

I feel like we all need more water, more raw vegetables, more sleep, and less sugar and less time in the car.
